Whether hired as employees or contractors, healthcare providers can’t deliver care until primary source verification is complete, credentialing is final, and hospital privileges have been granted to physicians. These services ensure that your most valuable assets, healthcare providers, can provide care and get paid for it. Equip yourself, or your practice with the staff and technology needed to speed up the credentialing process. Instead of spending hours on paperwork and phone calls, let us complete and submit every form and application for you. During the process, our team will update you every two weeks. We’ll make sure you have every form you need when it’s time to recertify.

Credentialing is a time-intensive process and timelines vary by payer. Even the fastest insurance carriers typically take 45–60 days to complete credentialing, while others can take up to 180 days or longer.
Starting the credentialing process as early as possible is critical. Early initiation helps ensure that providers are positioned to see and bill patients across multiple insurance plans as soon as they begin practicing, minimizing delays in reimbursement and patient access.
Credentialing By Aida utilizes online and electronic submission methods whenever available to streamline applications and promote faster processing with participating payers. This proactive, technology-driven approach helps reduce avoidable delays and keeps applications moving efficiently through each stage of review.

For payer enrollment purposes, the most critical items are an active CAQH profile and PECOS access (if the provider plans to participate with Medicare), as many insurance carriers rely on these systems to initiate and process enrollment. State Medicaid enrollment is completed through a state-specific Medicaid portal (such as New York’s eMedNY system) and follows a separate process. All credentialing and enrollment activities are completed in accordance with NCQA requirements and other applicable payer and regulatory standards. In addition to payer enrollment, Credentialing By Aida also supports hospital credentialing and privileging, as well as Medicare enrollments and reinstatements, which may require additional documentation and coordination. To streamline the process, a Provider Information Form is provided to securely collect all required details upfront, helping ensure applications move forward efficiently and compliantly.

We proactively follow up with each payer on a regular basis - typically every two weeks, or every 3–4 weeks depending on the payer’s processing timeline. All outreach and responses are carefully tracked, including call dates, contact details, and reference numbers. A detailed progress tracker is maintained throughout the process and can be shared at any time, so you have full visibility into the status of your applications and the work being performed on your behalf.

My name is Aida, and I am a credentialing professional with over nine years of hands-on experience managing provider and group enrollments across multiple specialties and payers.
I am largely self-taught, having built my foundation while working for a small, multi-specialty group practice. Early in my career, I took it upon myself to learn the credentialing process in depth - reading, researching, and mastering payer requirements to ensure every application was completed correctly and strategically. That commitment shaped the way I work today.
Over the course of my career, I have successfully managed more than 500 credentialing and enrollment applications. More importantly, I have built long-term relationships with providers and practices who value accuracy, transparency, and follow-through. Many of those relationships began through credentialing work and grew into trusted professional partnerships.
I understand that credentialing can be a lengthy and, at times, frustrating process. My role is to guide you through it strategically - setting clear expectations, addressing obstacles as they arise, and keeping the focus on the end goal: getting you credentialed, contracted, and able to bill appropriately.
When the time was right, I earned my CPCS certification through NAMSS and remain an active member. I take pride in staying informed, compliant, and detail-driven in an industry where precision matters.
Credentialing is not just what I do - it’s what I genuinely enjoy. If you are looking for someone who will stay committed to your goal from start to finish, I would be happy to help.
